Shipping Tips
Shipping Procedures & Fees: Our primary shipper is FedEx; they offer services ranging from next day to ground service. After you have selected your gift, you will be offered an option of shipping services. Shipping fees will vary depending on the service you choose.
Shipping to Home Address Versus Office: We always recommend that you ship your gift to the recipient’s office or place of work. This is because so many people are not at home to receive gifts during the day. According to FedEx, 99% of deliveries made to offices are successful on the first delivery attempt.
Please help us give the best service possible to you by providing us with the correct ship-to address for the recipient of your gift. Be sure to give us the entire shipping address. We need company names, apartment numbers, suite numbers, floor numbers, mail code, building number and correct zip codes. Please make the extra effort to check your addresses carefully. We cannot be responsible for a gift that is delayed or retuned because of an incorrect address.
Shipping East of the Mississippi: If your order includes perishable cookies and you are shipping your gift to an address East of the Mississippi, we strongly encourage using FedEx Express Saver, which is a three-day delivery service, or any of the other fast delivery services our shippers offer; otherwise, we can not guarantee the freshness of the cookies.
Turnaround Time: We will ship your gift within one to two days of receiving the order. Within California, ground service will deliver your gift the next day following shipment, or the day following that day. All other states West of the Mississippi will take two to three days for delivery. East of the Mississippi, again we discourage ground service. We recommend FedEx Express Saver, which has a three day or less delivery time. FedEx offers 2-Day and Next- Day service for the whole country.
When time is critical, please call and we will accommodate your request.
International Shipping: We do not ship internationally. Due to the delays concerning customs protocol crossing international borders, it is prohibitive to ship perishable items.
P.O. Box APO: We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO’s; however, these orders will have to be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). The USPS does not offer tracking for packages, only confirmation of delivery.
Damage: If the gift is damaged upon delivery, call us at 1-877-237-2525 and we will either replace it or refund your money.
Address Errors: While we work very closely with our shippers FedEx, United States Postal Service and others, to have gifts delivered in a fresh condition and in a timely manner, we cannot be responsible for, nor guarantee shipment of, a gift when we are given an incorrect or incomplete address.
