How to Order:
Internet: The simplest and most convenient way to order is on our occasion-based website. All of our gifts are categorized by occasion. Each occasion has a dropdown menu. Once you select a gift, in most instances you will be given an option to include an 18-inch mylar balloon to emphasize your sentiment.
Phone: Please call us toll-free at 1-877-237-2525, or call us at 805-546-9787 to place your order.
Fax: Faxing can be the easiest way for large volume orders. If you would like to fax us your order, please call us and we will provide you with the appropriate fax order forms. Our fax number is 805-781-0618.
E-Mail: We can accept orders via email at orders@sanluiscookies.com. Please call us first to make sure that you provide all of the necessary information to fill your orders.
Specifying Balloons:
After you have selected a gift, the option to select a balloon will appear at the bottom of each gift selection page.
Specifying a Cookie Flavor:
After you have selected a gift, the option to specify the type(s) of cookies you wish to include will appear on each gift selection page. Our top choice over the years has been the assortment of cookies.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
If you are shipping multiple gifts to different addresses, just enter each gift individually with its own address.
Including Your Personal Message:
When ordering your gift(s), you will be given the opportunity to add your unique personal message to go along with each individual gift.
Payment Options:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discovery, debit cards and money orders. Corporate billing can be established upon credit approval.
Sales Tax:
Add 7.75% sales tax to orders shipped within California.
